Activate or Deactivate Vendors in Your Account

Chipply offers a wide range of products from many different vendors. However, your account may only have a select group of vendors enabled. As new vendors with available inventory are added, you’ll need to activate them to access their products.

Below, you’ll find instructions on how to activate and deactivate the vendors available in Chipply within your account.

How to Activate or Deactivate Vendors in Your Account:

1) Click the Settings gear in the top right corner of your screen, then select Dealer Settings.

2) In the Dealer Settings page, click Pricing Defaults.

3) You will see a list of all vendors available in Chipply. Use the Vendor Name field to search for a specific vendor.

4) In the Active column, toggle the setting on or off to activate or deactivate the vendor.

5)  Once you have activated or deactivated your vendors, click the Save button in the top right corner of your screen.
