Chipply lets you add an Organization Fee, charged against fundraising or deducted if there's no fundraising. Use it for new artwork fees, missed logo minimums, or set it as negative to credit the group.
How to Add and Organization Fee:
1) Within your store, click on Settings on the left-hand menu.
2) Click the blue plus button next to Organization under FEES.
You can then choose a process (if you would like the fee to be attached to a certain process in your store), you can choose a FEE TYPE (One Time Fee, Per Order Flat Fee, or a Per Order Percentage Fee), enter a FEE NAME, and then enter the amount of the fee (either percentage or flat cost).
You will be able to see the Organization Fee on the Accounting Summary under REPORTS. As well as the accounting summary on the Work Orders.
