Automatically calculate sell prices for your products based on vendor discounts and decoration costs, so you don't have to price each item by hand.

Before Auto Pricing, pricing a store meant looking up each product's cost, applying a margin, and adding a decoration charge, one product at a time. Auto Pricing removes that work: you set a discount off MSRP for each vendor and a flat rate for each decoration process, and Chipply applies both automatically to every product you add to a store.

How It Works

Auto Pricing runs at the Dealer Global Setting level, so once it's configured, everyone building stores on your account automatically follows the same pricing structure without doing any of the math themselves.

Vendor discounts: Instead of pricing product by product, set a percentage discount off MSRP for each vendor. For example, 15% off Under Armour and 10% off SanMar. Chipply calculates the final selling price for every product from that vendor, maintains your margin, and automatically rounds the result.

Decoration charges: Set a flat rate for each process once (e.g. $5 for screen print, $8 for embroidery), and it's applied to every product using that process from then on.

Customer tiers: Offer different pricing to different customer groups — VIP accounts, corporate accounts, or whatever tiers make sense for your business — each with its own discount rules.

Between the vendor discount and the decoration charge, a product's final price is complete as soon as it's added to the store. No per-item math required.

FAQ

Does Chipply set the prices for me? No — you're still in control. Auto Pricing applies the discount and decoration rules you set; it doesn't choose prices on its own.

Can I price off cost instead of MSRP? Auto Pricing is built around a discount off MSRP rather than a markup on cost. If you're used to pricing from cost, your Chipply rep can price a product your old way and the same product through Auto Pricing side by side — that comparison is usually the fastest way to land on the right MSRP discount for your margin.
