Chipply Updates 2/25/25 - New Integrations + Enhancements to Work Orders, POs, and Carts

Chipply has made some updates to integral features within the platform. Take a look below to see the improvements!

Richardson Sports Inventory Feed

Chipply is now integrated with Richardson Sports Inventory! When adding Richardson products to your store, you will now be able to view the inventory.

Sort By Artwork Variation on Work Orders

You can now sort your work orders by artwork variation, allowing you to easily group products together that have the same decoration color. To do this, open your Report Options with the Speed Dial in the top left corner of your screen. Then, change the sorting criteria from "Vendor" to "Variation." Products will then be sorted by Artwork Variation first. The Variation Name will be listed on the Work Order. If you currently don't use the Variation Name field, you can update it inside of the artwork page.

Adding Products to Your PO

We have updated the function of adding extra products to your PO in Purchasing, so you can now add products at any step of the process. To do this, all you need to do is click the + on the top right hand side of your screen. It will then bring you to the new add products drawer. With this new functionality, you can add multiple colors of a product at one time. Your cart will also save, allowing you to add extra products, then come back and add more later.

New Additional Information Fields - Cart

We've added a new Additional Information Field that will appear whenever items are added to the cart in your store. This feature is especially useful for bulk orders or when you need to collect specific details for a group. You can add your Additional Information Field as you normally would, but you can check the box indicating it should be asked when adding products to the cart. You can only have one of this type of Additional Information Field per store. The results will show on the Packing Slips and Sales Orders.
