The Products page inside a store is getting a redesign: a cleaner layout, more control over where each product's inventory comes from, and a new store-wide Inventory view so you can spot what's running low without opening each product one at a time.
These updates also lay the groundwork for Dealer Inventory, a new feature coming soon that will let you sell from your own on-hand stock alongside your vendors' inventory. Nothing you've already set up needs to be redone — your existing settings and inventory numbers carry over automatically.
Read the full breakdown of what's new, including the redesigned Manage Inventory window, below.

Update Inventory Threshold by Size

Vendors don't always stock every size in equal depth. Oversized ranges like 3XL and 4XL often run thinner than standard sizes. You can now set a different vendor inventory threshold for individual sizes instead of one number for the whole vendor.
You'll also see a new Dealer Inventory Threshold field appear right beside it on that page. This is getting put in place ahead of Dealer Inventory.

Additional Info Columns on the Options Export
Additional Info fields let shoppers answer a question at the cart or checkout level — often used for team or department info. Those responses now show up as columns on the Options export (Work Orders → Export → Options).
- Columns are labeled Additional Info Question 1, Question 2, and so on
- Each column combines the field name and the response into one value
- Every Additional Info field is included — enabled and disabled

Options Details Added to the Order Details CSV Export
The Order Details CSV export now includes an Options Detail column, so you can see exactly which options were added to a product right from the spreadsheet.

ECOM Cart Availability & Dealer Inventory Thresholds
ECOM Cart holds now expire automatically, so inventory doesn't sit reserved for a shopper who never finishes checking out. Once a shopper proceeds to checkout, their items are held for 15 minutes. Exclusive options are held for 15 minutes from the moment they're added to the cart. Either way, if checkout isn't completed in that window, the hold releases and the item becomes available to other shoppers again.
Because of this, the availability you see on your storefront is now more accurate in real time: it accounts for what's held in other shoppers' carts, not just what's already sold. No action is needed on your end — this happens automatically.
Coming Soon: Dealer Inventory

You’ll soon be able to sell your own on-hand stock in your online stores alongside products from your vendor feeds. With a simple toggle, you can turn Dealer Inventory on for any store. Sell from your own stock, or combine it with a vendor feed so Chipply sells through your inventory first and automatically falls back to the vendor when it runs out.
Your stocked products will live under a new Assets > Products area where you can set cost, MSRP, inventory thresholds, and quantities. Stay tuned for more info!
