Chipply Updates - 9/15/26

 A New Built-in Resource Center 

We've added a new way to get help without ever leaving Chipply. Look for the red Chipply icon on the right-hand side of your screen. Click it any time to search help articles, catch up on product updates, browse sales and marketing resources, or check out the Chipply blog, all in one place. We'll keep adding new information to it regularly, so it's worth checking back for new content.

Origin Based State Taxes

Some states, like Illinois, tax orders based on where they ship from instead of where they're going. We've added a new Origin Branch setting under Distribution on your Store Settings page, so Chipply can apply the right rate in these states. It defaults to your primary branch, and any store you copy carries over the same setting, we recommend double-checking it on each store to make sure it matches where that store actually ships from.

Your Sales Tax Report has also been updated to reflect this.
