Customizing Standard Colors on Your Stores

Standard Colors are how Chipply links artwork color variations to the garments in your store. Each product comes with a default set of standard colors based on the colors it offers: Black, Brown, Cardinal, Carolina/Columbia, Forest, Gold, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Kelly, Lime, Maroon, Navy, Orange, Purple, Red, Royal, Texas Orange, Vegas Gold, and White.

When building a store, you can update these standard colors to better match your product offering. This is especially useful when working with your own templates. For example, if you only carry heathered styles, you can change a product's Navy standard color to Heathered Navy so the correct artwork variation applies automatically.

How to Update Standard Colors

1. Within your store, click Products. Hover over the product you want to update and click Edit.
2. Scroll down and click Manage Colors.
3. Under Standard Color Name, update the standard colors for each color offered by that product.
4. When finished, click Save in the top right corner.
