Download Reports from Chipply Production

Within Chipply Production, you can quickly download reports — including Work Orders, Data Export (CSV or JSON), and Sales Orders — for any process, job, or store. These reports are especially useful when you or your production team need printable, organized records at a glance.

How to Download Reports:

1. Navigate to Chipply Production via the top navigation under Fulfillment, or access it directly from within a store.
2. Click into a Process, Job, or Store.
3. To download reports for all processes, click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right-hand side and select Reports. From there, choose the report type you'd like to download.
4. When selecting Work Orders, a dropdown menu appears at the bottom of the window. From there, you can choose from additional report types, such as the Options Export to download the data most relevant to your needs.

Not only can you download the reports from this level, but you also have the ability to download reports on a more granular level, as you click into things like variations, products, etc.
