Fulfill Engine Pricing and Tools

As a Chipply customer using the Fulfill Engine integration, here is everything you need to know about how pricing works and what tools are available to you inside your Fulfill Engine account.


Pricing

Integration Fee

When placing orders through the Fulfill Engine integration, you will be charged 50 cents per item, per order. This fee is capped at $20 per order, regardless of how many items are in that order.

Decoration Pricing

Decoration is priced on a per-location basis. For example, if you have a shirt with both a left chest and a full back decoration, that counts as two locations. Standard pricing is $6.50 per location for DTF and DTG decoration. Volume-based discounts are available for screen printing and embroidery.

Blank Product Pricing

You have access to 6,800+ blank products through the Fulfill Engine network. Pricing for each product is available inside your Fulfill Engine account under the Price Sheet tab, so you always know your cost before building out your store pricing.

A small number of products use an all-in pricing model, meaning the listed price covers both the blank and the decoration with no additional fees. This will be clearly indicated on those products.

Shipping

Shipping is weight-based and will vary depending on the size and destination of your order.

Billing

A payment method will be kept on file with Fulfill Engine. Every Monday morning, Fulfill Engine will review all orders fulfilled the prior week and charge your payment method on file for the total amount.


Your Fulfill Engine Account

Once your Fulfill Engine account is set up, you will have access to a number of tools to help you manage your orders, designs, and costs.

Price Sheet and Product Catalog

To view your product catalog and pricing, log into your Fulfill Engine account and navigate to Configuration. From there, click View Price Sheet. Here you will find a full list of available products along with the price you will be charged for each blank, decoration fees, plus-size surcharges, and any volume-based pricing for screen printing and embroidery. Use this as a reference when building out your store on Chipply to ensure your margins are where you need them to be.

The catalog features 6,800+ products across a wide range of categories including apparel, headwear, bags, drinkware, and accessories such as tech items, blankets, umbrellas, towels, and more. Each product listing shows available colors, supported decoration methods, available print locations, and maximum print sizes.

Please Note: Depending on your Fulfill Engine account type and plan, your account layout may look slightly different. If you are having trouble locating your Price Sheet or product catalog, please reach out to Fulfill Engine's support team directly for assistance.


Order Management

You can log into your Fulfill Engine account at any time to view your orders at both the store level and the account level. Each order includes a reference to your Chipply order ID, a full cost breakdown, purchase date, fulfillment date, shipping carrier, and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Statuses

As your orders move through the fulfillment process, you will see the following statuses:

  • Pending - Your order has been submitted and is waiting to enter production. This is the only stage at which an order can be cancelled.
  • In Production - Work has begun on your order. At this point, blanks have been sourced and decoration has started, so the order can no longer be cancelled.
  • Partially Fulfilled - At least one shipment from your order has been completed and is on its way. The remaining items are still in production.
  • Shipped -All items have shipped and tracking information is available.

Please Note: Once an order moves to In Production status, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, it must be done while the order is still in Pending status. If a cancellation is required after production has begun, you will need to contact Fulfill Engine directly, and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Turnaround Time and Quality

Fulfill Engine's standard turnaround is within five business days from order placement to shipment. Over 95% of orders ship within that window. In the rare case that something is delayed, Fulfill Engine's team will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Replacement Requests

If an item arrives damaged or with a print quality issue, you can submit a replacement request directly through your Fulfill Engine account. Simply locate the order, click Request Replacement, select the affected items, provide a reason, add any notes, and upload a photo of the issue. Fulfill Engine's team reviews replacement requests regularly. If approved, a replacement order will be created and shipped to you at no additional cost. You will receive an email notification with the outcome of your request either way.

Design Management

Your Fulfill Engine account is also where you will build and manage your designs. Each design is configured down to the color variation level and includes your print size, placement location, and decoration method. Once your design is saved, a unique Design ID is generated. This is the ID you will enter into your Chipply artwork to connect everything together and ensure your orders flow through correctly.
