Chipply now has a Fulfill Engine export, allowing you to upload store info right into your Fulfill Engine account. You can easily access this CSV from the work orders page. It has been tailored to match the exact columns needed when importing into Fulfill Engine, meaning no modifications on your end!
Add Fulfill Engine Design ID
Fulfill Engine generates a Design ID that must be added to the artwork in your store. This ID is included in the CSV download and is essential for successfully uploading your CSV into Fulfill Engine.
Before exporting your CSV, double-check that all of your Design IDs have been added into Chipply.
1) In your store, go to the Artwork page.
2) Select the artwork that needs a Design ID.
3) Click Order Artwork, and under Variation ID, enter the corresponding Fulfill Engine Design ID for each color variation.
Repeat these steps for all artworks in your store to ensure each one has the correct Fulfill Engine Design ID.
How to Access Fulfill Engine CSV Export
1) Within your store, navigate to Work Orders on the left-hand menu.
2) On the top right-hand side of your screen, click Export -> Fulfill Engie CSV.
3) Once you have the CSV downloaded, navigate to your Fulfill Engine account. Click Import Orders & upload the CSV file you downloaded from Chipply, and continue with your Fulfill Engine processes.
