If a Shipping Method is, or ever has been, active on a store you won't be able to delete it. However, you can make it inactive and you can reactivate it again later.
How to See Deactivated Shipping Methods
1) Select My Account at the top of your Dashboard.
2) Select Store Shipping Methods from the left-hand menu.
3) At the top-center of the page, click Show Disabled Options.
4) After you select this, your disabled Shipping Methods will now reappear.
How to Reactivate a Shipping Method
1) Click the pencil button next to the shipping method you wish to edit.
2) Select ENABLED to reactivate the method.
3) Select ACCEPT.
