How to Add Personalization Options to a Custom Product

Follow these steps to create a personalization process and assign it to a custom product.

1) Select Processes from the left-hand menu

2) Select

3) Enter in the Process Name

4) Select

5) Select the next to

6) Select

7) Select the type that fits the group's needs from the drop-down

8) Enter an appropriate name for the personalization option

9) Select

10) Repeat steps 5–9 for each additional personalization option needed

The process has been created. Now it must be assigned to the product before it takes effect.

11) Select Products

12) Locate the custom product to which the process should be assigned

13) Update the product process by selecting the newly created one from the dropdown in the Process Column.

Custom products are automatically assigned to "Blank Items" and require a process to add personalization.
