Custom products are automatically assigned to "Blank Items" and require a process to add personalization.
1) Select Processes from the left-hand menu
2) Select 
3) Enter in the Process Name
4) Select 
5) Select the next to
6) Select 
7) Select the type that fits the group's needs from the drop-down
8) Title the option appropriately
9) Select 
10) Repeat steps 5-9 for other personalization
This process was created but now it needs to be assigned to the product.
11) Select Products
12) Find the custom product
13) Update the product process by selecting the newly created one from the dropdown in the Process Column.
