The 715 Pennant Faceoff Hoodie requires custom laces when ordering. Each hoodie comes with 2 laces, but in Chipply this step must be done manually. Unlike the Pennant B2B site, where you select lace colors at checkout, Chipply requires you to add the laces separately to your Purchasing Cart and include them in your PO.
To make sure your orders are correct:

Always add 2 laces per hoodie.

Any extras beyond 2 per hoodie will be billed separately.
This process ensures every hoodie is ordered with the correct lace colors, while keeping your purchasing organized and accurate.
How to Add 715 Custom Laces to Your PO
1) Go to Purchasing (from your store or the top navigation).
2) Start your order as usual:

Step 1: Select Pennant

Step 2: Choose your processes

Step 3: Review your order
3) Note how many 715 Hoodies you’re ordering.
4) Confirm what lace colors are needed for each hoodie (use Group by Process or check your Store Settings if needed).
5) Add the laces:

Click Add (top right)

Search style L715 → Select Pennant Laces

Click Add Color → choose your colors

Enter the quantities (2 per hoodie)

Click Add
6) The laces will now appear in your Purchasing Cart under Additional Items.

Optional: add a Sales Order note so your receiving team knows which hoodie the laces belong to.
7) Finish the Purchasing process (Check availability → Order Digitally → Complete PO).
