There may be times you want to add a custom sublimated tee shirt, Jersey, or promotional product to your store. Follow the steps below to learn how.
If you are trying to add a "standard" product but can't find it within the Chipply Database please reach out to Chipply at teamchipply@chipply.biz to have it added instead of creating a custom product. This will allow you (and others) to add this product in the future.
1) Select the Products page on the left-hand menu
2) Select the + Button to open up the "Add Products" page
3) Select in the upper right corner of the page
4) When directed to the Product Information page begin entering product information. See Below:
Left Side Section
Check all applicable options:
Vendor (required)
SKU (required)
Product Name (required)
Minimum & Maximum Qty Limit (optional) (these fields can be utilized if you want limit the quantity that can be ordered – ex: if a team is providing 2 pair of socks with their uniform, you could set the minimum and maximum to 2.)
Product Cost (optional)
MSRP (optional)
Product Price (required) enter the blank product price
If including the cost of decoration in the entire price, then you can put the full price of the product in here
Process Price (not editable) this field will automatically populate with the price from the process once you’ve assigned the product to a process.
Combined Price (not editable) this field will automatically calculate the combination of the Product Price + Process Price
Fundraising (optional) Enter fundraising $ or %, if applicable
Right Side Section
Categories If the store has categories, from the drop down menu check the appropriate categories for this product (this can also be done from the Products page after the product is created)
Description (optional) Enter product long description.
This will appear under the product once clicked into.
Short Description (Shown below the product images) (optional): Text entered here will appear below the production information on the Ecom page. Example: Showing an original price of an item to emphasize the deal or any other information the customer needs to know at a glance.
Size Chart (optional) Enter size chart url, image, or information
Shipping Instructions (optional) Enter special shipping details for this product if applicable.
Product Weight (Optional): Put the products weight in ounces to have more accurate reporting and shipping rate at checkout (if integrated with Shipstation)

If these buttons are greyed out, try selecting in the upper right to make them accessible.

2. In the Quick Add box, enter each size (one size per line) and then select
2a) If a particular size is subject to an additional charge, type in the additional size charges under "Additional Cost" then select
3) Select in the upper left to go back to the "Product Information" section
4) Select
5) Type in the color name(s) you wish to display to the customer when they are picking the item.
You can add multiple colors at once. Just add one color name per line.

7) Select the to add the product images you wish to display
You can upload up to 4 product images to display on the store.
Image 1 will be the first product displayed (we typically choose the front of the product image here)
Image 2 is typically the back image
Image 3-4 is any additional side images you wish to display
8) Select
This will open up your computer files where you can then pick up to
9) After you've uploaded all your images select
10) Repeat steps 7-8 for as many colors as you added to the product
11) Select to get back to the "Manage Products" page. Double check all the information is filled out and correct then select
to get back to the "Products" page.
12) Select the on the newly built product to pick all the sizes and colors you wish to offer to the customer
If this custom item needs name or number options then you need to create a process just for that item and add the options to that process, then assign that process to that custom item.
