How to Change the Default Process When Offering Multiple Processes

The displayed artwork is dependent on the primary process assigned to the product.

If you're providing customers with a variety of logos on individual products, you might want to select which artwork they see on the storefront. There's two ways to accomplish this, doing items one at a time (recommended for smaller stores) or using "Bulk Actions" (recommended for larger stores)

Changing One Item at a Time

At least two processes need to be assigned to product(s) to complete the following steps

 

1) Select Products on the Left-hand menu

 

2) Hover over the item you wish to update the Display Process and select 2024-12-31_12-21-25

 

 

3) The "Edit Processes" tab will open up and then you can select  2024-12-31_12-22-31 next to the process you wish to display on the storefront

 

 

4) Select Blue Accept

Updating using Bulk Actions

At least two processes need to be assigned to product(s) to complete the following steps

 

1) Select Products on the Left-hand menu

 

2) Select all the items you wish to update the display process on

 

3) Select 2024-10-11_14-12-11-1 from the menu at the bottom and then select "Change Default Process" 

 

4) Select one of the options you have offered and then select Blue Accept

 

5) Chipply will then confirm you are changing the correct amount of products. If you are, select
