Downloading Production Files in Chipply Production

With Chipply Production, you can upload production-ready files directly to your artwork, making it easy for your team to access the correct files when products move into production. If you need to send those files to an outside decorator, you can quickly download them, gathering everything you need and sharing it with your decorating partners so production moves forward without delays.

How to Download a Production File

1. Within Chipply Production, navigate to the Process, Job, or Store that contains the files you want to download.
2. Click Production Files to view a list of your production files, organized by Process.
3. Click on any file in the list. A pop-up will appear — click the Download button and Chipply will automatically download the file to your computer.

How to Download Production Files List

1. Within Chipply Production, navigate to the Process, Job, or Store that contains the files you want to download.
2. In the Overview section, locate the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the Production Status. This menu contains bulk actions for your overview.
3. Click the three-dot menu and select Download Production Files List. Chipply will generate and download an Excel file — open it on your computer.
4. In the spreadsheet, find the column labeled Production File URL (typically column H).
5. Copy the URL from that column, paste it into your web browser, and Chipply will automatically download the corresponding file.
