If you ever need to refund a product from an order, Chipply makes it quick and effortless.
How to Refund a Product from an Order:
1) First, navigate to Order Manager within your store or at the top of your dashboard and use the search fields to find the order containing the product you need to refund. Once you've found the order, click Edit to go into it.
2) Click the trashcan icon next to the product you want to refund.
3) At the bottom of your screen, you should now see a negative Net Order Difference.
4) Once you see that displayed, you can click the REFUND button. Only the Net Order Difference will be refunded to the customer's card.
