Chipply makes it very easy for you to refund/void an entire order!
1) Find the customer’s order through Order Manager using the filters.
2) Select
2) Click the REFUND button in the top right corner of the customer's order.
3) Confirm by clicking VOID in the pop-up box. Once voided, the order will no longer be included in the store totals.
Clicking the red trash can button next to each product and then clicking REFUND will only refund the product amounts, excluding other charges like Shipping, Handling, or Tax, which will still affect the store totals.
