How to Send Orders to Shipstation

Once integrated with ShipStation, you can easily send orders from a store or catalog batch directly to your ShipStation account.

1. Open Order Manager Within your store or catalog batch, click Order Manager.

2. Filter by Shipping Method Since your store may have offered multiple delivery methods, you'll want to filter orders by shipping first.

Click the Filter button in the top right corner to open the Filter By drawer. Select Additional Info, then choose Shipping Type and select Shipping. Click Accept.

Chipply will now display only the orders where customers chose to ship to their address.

3. Send Orders to ShipStation Select all orders, or just the specific ones you want to export, then click Bulk Actions > Send to ShipStation.
