1) Click Settings (on the top right-hand side of your screen)-> Store Settings
2) Select Shipping Methods from the left-hand menu
3) Select 
4) Give the method a name you can identify as your tiered method. (Ex. Tiered Shipping, Tiered 0-35 = $6, 35.01-75.00 = $7, 75.01-125.00 = $9, 125.01+ = $11.00, etc.)
5) Start filling out "Tier 1".
This is where you can set a rule for the cart total.
Set the parameters of what should be charged as a flat dollar amount when the customer's cart total enters the threshold
Here you enter a percentage of the customer's cart total to be charged as shipping when the cart total enters the threshold.
you can combine a flat dollar amount and a percentage as a tiered method.
6) Select 
then "TIER 2" to start adjusting the second tier.
Be sure to change the "From a cart total of..." setting to be just above the previous tier. See example below
7) Repeat steps 5 & 6 for as many tiers as needed.
8) Select 
If you would like to apply this Shipping Method to already built stores, you will need to go to the settings page of that store and update the shipping method.
