How to Update the Color Tile Shown Below the Products

The colors tiles may not always match the products color which may be intentional due to different product characteristics. However, if you need to customize the color tile for any reason you can!

 

Follow the steps below to update the color tile displayed for a product on your Chipply storefront.

 

1) Select Products from the left-hand navigation menu.

 

2) Hover over the product you want to update the color tile on and click Edit Product.

 

3) Scroll down and click MANAGE COLORS.

 

4) On the right side of the page, you will see the color swatches associated with each product. The color shown under the Primary column will reflect the color tile displayed on the storefront.

5) To update the primary color, click the Primary Color of the color that you want to update.

 

6) Use the color spectrum or choose from one of the standard colors. Once you have selected the correct color, click anywhere outside of the color picker to close it, and then click Save.
