If you ever notice a yellow triangle on a product, it usually means one of the following issues:
- Incorrect Artwork Location
An “artwork location” was assigned, but it isn’t compatible with the product. For instance, selecting a “full front” location on a polo would trigger this warning. -
Missing Artwork Location Box
The product doesn’t have an “artwork location” box assigned, so you’ll need to manually add one. For example, if you create a custom product for your store and assign it to a process that has an artwork, Chipply won’t automatically place the logo on that product—you’ll need to add it manually.
Troubleshooting: Incorrect Artwork Location
-
Check the Process
Ensure the product has the correct process assigned. -
Review the Artwork Location
If the process is correct, update or adjust the “artwork location' field within that process.
-
Verify with Vendor Specifications
If the “artwork location" field matches vendor specs but the issue persists, contact teamchipply@chipply.biz for support.
Troubleshooting: Missing Artwork Location Box
- Hover over the product and click REVIEW.
- Click the settings gear Icon on the image that has the yellow triangle.
- Click the + button next to Image Layout.
- From the artwork drop-down, choose the logo and place it on the product.
Process Tips: “OR” vs. “AND”
-
OR: Use when artwork should appear in one location or another (e.g., chest or full front). Create two separate processes.
-
AND: Use when artwork should appear in multiple locations together (e.g., full front and full back). Add all locations within the same process.
