Organize Your Stores Using Store statuses

In Chipply, you can efficiently organize your store or batch after it closes by categorizing it into stages: Closed (Ready to Process), Production, Sorting, Backorder, and Complete.

This streamlined approach keeps your stores organized, giving you clear insight into each store or batch’s progress every step of the way.

To Organize Your Stores/Batch Status Within your Store/Batch

 

1) Within your closed store/batch, navigate to the General Settings page.

 

2) On the top of your settings page, you will see a bar with your store store status. Once your store is closed, you can update the store status to Production, sorrting or Complete.

To Organize Your Stores/Batch Status in Bulk

1) On your main Chipply Dashboard, navigate to any of the tabs under MY STORES or ALL STORES.

2) Select the stores in which you want to update the status.

3) Click Bulk Actions at the bottom of your page -> Update Status.

4) Choose the Status you wish to update your Group Store(s)/Catalog Batch(s) to and then click ACCEPT!
