Pulling From Your Dealer Inventory in Purchasing
When you go to purchase, Chipply will now let you know which vendors, processes, and products were sold using your dealer inventory. That way you can decide how many to pull from your own stock and how many to order from the vendor.

Step 1: Spot Your Dealer Inventory on Select Vendors
Within your store, go to Purchasing on the left hand menu. On the Select Vendors step, look at the Dealer column. Any vendor with the D icon has products that are tied to your dealer inventory.
Step 2: Check How Much You Have On Hand
On the products screen, find the product with the D icon in the Dealer column. The number on the icon is how much you currently have on hand for that color and size, so you know how much you can pull from.
For example, if Qty Needed is 10 and the Dealer icon shows 5, you have 5 you can pull from stock and 5 you'll need to order.
Please Note: Clicking the Dealer icon will take you right to that dealer product if you need to take a look at it.

Step 3: Update the Qty to Order
Change the Qty to Order to the amount the Dealer icon is showing you (or the Qty Needed, if that's less). In the example above, you'd change 10 to 5.
Step 4: Mark as Pulled
With the product selected, click More Actions (the three dots at the bottom of the page), then click Mark as Pulled.
Chipply will create a PO just for the products you pulled from stock.

Please Note: Marking products as pulled does not change the inventory numbers on your dealer product. Make sure you update your inventory (or upload your updated feed) so your on-hand numbers stay accurate.
Step 5: Order the Rest From the Vendor
Now you can go about ordering the rest from the vendor like you normally would.
