With our recent catalog store update, you now have the ability to create an automated message every time a catalog store batches. Adding this to your account is a great way to stay on top of your catalog store batches.
How to Add an Automated Store Batch Email to Your Message Templates:
1) Click My Account on the top of your dashboard.
2) On the left-hand menu click on Message Templates.
3) Click ADD on the top right-hand side of your screen.
4) You will then want to input a Message Name.
5) You will change the Trigger to: When A Catalog Batch Is Created
6) Check on Catalog next to Apply to Store Types.
7) Unclick SMS (Text).
7) Enter an Email Subject. We Suggest Your Catalog Stores Batched. Use Mege Fields to customer this.
9) Update the To Recipient to be whoever you would like to receive this email.
10) Add info to the email body! You can also utilize the Email Merge Fields to personalize the message. Below is an example that you can use!

[NUMBEROFORDERS]
[NUMBEROFPRODUCTS]
