Send Automated Emails/Texts to Multiple Organization Contacts

Chipply lets you message all Organization Contacts on a store. If multiple contacts, fro example a head coach and assistant coach, are added in under Organization Contacts in the general settings page of your store, both will receive store-related emails and texts. 

Send Automated Messages to Multiple Organization Contacts

1. Go to the General Settings page of your store.

2. Under Organization Information, click the plus button next to the Organization Contact(s) to add either another existing or new Organization Contact.

Make sure to enter the Organization Contacts' email addresses and cell phone numbers, if applicable, so they will receive the messages.

Once your store goes live, your automated messages will now be sent to as many contacts as you added.
