We’ve recently introduced the ability to update the fulfillment status of an order(s). Now, you can mark orders as Complete, Partial, or Pending, helping you stay more organized and precise with your Chipply orders.
How To Update the Fulfilment Status on an Order:
1) Within your Store navigate to Order Manager on the left-hand menu.
2) Select the orders you want to update the fulfillment status on.
3) At the bottom of your screen click, Change Fulfillment Status. You can now change it to Complete.
Note: Orders will initially appear as Pending, and in order to set an order as Partial, at least one item on the order needs to be marked as backordered through the Backorders and Substitutions tool.
