Where to Find Your Store Reports

Packing Slips

To sort and pack a store, download both the sorting list and the packing slips. You'll find them in the same place.

  1. In your store, click Sorting/Packing on the left-hand menu.
  2. Download the sorting list. Use it to pull each item.
  3. Download the packing slips. Then print them.
  4. Include each customer's packing slip with their order when you pack it.

Packing slips include an order barcode by default. Uncheck Include Order Barcode if you don't want it.

Fundraising Report

  1. In your store, click Fundraising under Reports in the left-hand menu.
  2. To see a specific time period, click Order Date in the top right, enter a start and end date, click OK, then Accept.
Tip: For catalog stores, each batch only shows the fundraising for that batch. To see the total across all orders, open the Catalog Parent store and run the Fundraising report there.

  1. In your store, click Order Details under Reports in the left-hand menu.
  2. Export it as a PDF or CSV if you need a copy.

Good to Know

  • Printing from your browser cuts things off. Use the report's own print or export option instead of printing the page, so images and long lists come through in full.
  • Fundraising totals vs. the data export. If the fundraising report and a data export don't match, reach out to your Chipply team with the store number before you send totals to the organization.
