When you open the filter drawer within Order Manager Items, you can filter by multiple helpful options, including style, color, size, vendor, statuses, store info, and more!
In addition to updated filtering, we’ve added a new Group by Process button (also called Show as List) on the Items tab. By default, products are grouped by their assigned process—ideal for stores using multiple processes. However, if you prefer to view all products in a single list, regardless of process, simply click this button to switch to a consolidated list view.
Please Note: Global Order Manager will automatically apply 3 filters, including Paid orders only, orders from the last 90 days, and All Stores. If you need to find orders outside of these criteria, you can clear these filters.
