You can access Order Manager Items by clicking into Order Manager, either on the top navigation bar or within one of your stores on the left-hand menu. From here, you can access Items by clicking the Items tab in the top-right of the page.
Once on the Order Manager Items page, you will see a list of products that were ordered on your store(s), broken down by the processes that they were in. Having the items in this layout allows you to update products across multiple processes in bulk.
Please Note: Global Order Manager will automatically apply 3 filters, including Paid orders only, orders from the last 90 days, and All Stores. If you need to find orders outside of these criteria, you can clear these filters.
You can also view the items for an individual order in the Items tab by simply hovering over the order line and clicking the Show Items button. This will compile the list of products for that individual order only.
